A one-to-one counselling session providing a safe, confidential space to explore whatever you may be facing. Together we can work through challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationships, life changes, or past experiences, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
A focused session for couples who would like support with communication, understanding one another, and navigating relationship difficulties. The aim is to create a respectful space where both partners feel heard and supported.
A longer session for couples who would benefit from more time to explore deeper relationship dynamics and work through complex issues. The extended time allows for more meaningful discussion and reflection together.
