Meet Anna
Anna is a qualified and accredited Relationship and Couples Counsellor based in Northampton, offering face-to-face sessions as well as remote counselling across the UK. She provides professional, compassionate support to individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship difficulties, emotional challenges, and life transitions.
Anna also works with children, young people, and adults individually, offering a calm, confidential space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard. She understands that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and her aim is to create an environment where you feel safe, respected, and never judged.
Drawing on extensive training and real-world experience, Anna supports people from all backgrounds and orientations. She works with a wide range of challenges, including communication difficulties, trust issues, parenting conflicts, anxiety, depression, bereavement and complex grief, ADHD, Autism, and the lasting impact of past experiences.
Anna’s approach is warm, respectful, and client-centred, meaning each session is guided by you — your experiences, your pace, and what feels most important. She believes the most important part of therapy is feeling comfortable and supported, and that having the right therapeutic relationship can help you better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
For this reason, Anna offers a free 20-minute initial consultation by phone or video, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and see whether you feel comfortable working together.
