This self-help care kit is the second in a series of 'Self-Help Therapy by Anna' kits available on Etsy. With many years of experience in this area, I work within schools, mental health facilities (including secure units), and provide counselling support to both pre- and postvention suicide, with a degree in Psychology and Sociology, a masters degree in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and counselling for adults and children. My experiences have driven me to create some support ideas in a handy kit form for helping to manage and alleviate the impact of high anxiety and stress.
